QuickBooks Catch-Up & Clean-Up
(one time)
If your books are behind or incomplete, a one-time catch-up is highly advised before monthly support begins. This ensures your records are accurate, reports are reliable, and future bookkeeping is efficient and predictable.
Catch-up work is priced based on how far behind the books are and the overall condition of the file.
If a client chooses to opt out of QuickBooks catch-up services, Guided Comp & Ledger will be responsible for bookkeeping from the start date of services forward only.
Transactions, balances, and reporting accuracy prior to that date are not reviewed or corrected unless catch-up work is added later.

Estimates & Invoices
Estimate and invoice creation based on provided input is included based on the package selected.
Guided Support: up to 15 combined estimates/invoices per month
Full Support: up to 30 combined estimates/invoices per month
Real time invoicing tied to individual service calls, payment collection, dispatch, and customer communication remain part of normal business operations.
Additional estimate/invoicing support available for higher volume clients.
Insurance Audit Support
Workers’ Comp and General Liability audit support varies by package.
Guided Support: audit preparation and guidance, including document organization and support responding to auditor requests
Full Support: active audit coordination, including direct assistance during the audit process and follow-ups
Audit support does not include acting as an insurance agent or providing legal advice.
QuickBooks Online
All services are provided using QuickBooks Online. Clients are responsible for their own QuickBooks Online subscription.
Tax Preparation
Bookkeeping services do not include tax preparation or tax filing.
We work alongside your CPA or tax professional to ensure accurate records for tax reporting.
Inbox Support
Inbox support is limited to bookkeeping- and admin-related communication only.
Daily inbox monitoring, scheduling, dispatch, or customer service responses are not included.
