These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Guided Comp & Ledger Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, scheduling a call, or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Scope of Services

Guided Comp & Ledger Co. provides bookkeeping, job costing, invoicing support, and related administrative services as outlined in the selected service package or written agreement. Services are limited to those expressly described and do not include services outside the agreed scope.

Services Not Provided

Guided Comp & Ledger Co. is not a tax preparation firm, accounting firm, CPA firm, or law firm. We do not provide tax advice, legal advice, payroll tax filing, or representation before the IRS or other regulatory agencies unless explicitly stated in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely financial information. Guided Comp & Ledger Co. is not responsible for errors, penalties, or issues resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.

Clients remain responsible for all business decisions, tax filings, regulatory compliance, and record retention.

Software & Access

Services are provided using QuickBooks Online. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own QuickBooks Online subscription and granting appropriate access to Guided Comp & Ledger Co. for service delivery.

Insurance Audit Support

Insurance audit support includes bookkeeping preparation, documentation assistance, and coordination as outlined in the selected service package. Final audit determinations, classifications, and premiums are made solely by the insurance carrier.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guided Comp & Ledger Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including penalties, fines, interest, or lost profits, arising from the use of services.

No Guarantees

While services are provided with care and professionalism, Guided Comp & Ledger Co. does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, audit results, or business performance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Guided Comp & Ledger Co. is registered.

Changes to These Terms

Guided Comp & Ledger Co. reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
